Entrepreneur and Business Owner

Kathy has close to thirty years of experience as a business owner. She has been a leading force behind the operations of A-Bell Alarms Company since 1997. The Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce awarded A-Bell Alarms 2021 Bronze Business of the Year. Awarded the 2021 Ambassador of the Year, Kathy enjoys serving the business community as a Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce ambassador. Kathy serves on the chamber’s Women in Business Conference planning committee and the Shop Local Temecula Valley committee.


City Commissioner

Kathy serves as Chair of Temecula’s Community Services Commission. The Community Services Commission reviews and makes recommendations on topics related to the Parks and Recreation Element of the General Plan and works to provide parks and recreation services and programs for the community. 

  • Serving on Blue Ribbon Committee updating Temecula’s Quality of Life Master Plan
  • Member of the working group for the Urban Forest Management Plan
  • Serving on the art selection committee for the Utility Box Art project

Youth advocate

Volunteer Adult Leader

Kathy has dedicated herself to supporting youth in our community through her volunteer efforts. She has been a registered adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America for over a decade. Currently, She serves as Vice-Chair of the Tahquitz scouting district serving youth in Southwest Riverside County. In 2021, the California Inland Empire Council awarded Kathy the Silver Beaver Award for distinguished volunteer service.
