Hello Temecula,

I wanted to give a big shout out to Kathy Sizemore. We are Paseo Del Sol residents and have lived in the area for many years, I shared with Kathy that we walk our senior dogs daily at Ronald Regan Sports Park and daily we almost get wiped out off the side walk by skateboarders and bicycles flying down the sidewalk even when they have that whole skate park, and pump track. We walk on the other side of the park by the baseball fields and still daily skateboarders and bikes literally come right at us. Within a couple of days Kathy went to Ronald Regan Sports Park and “walked the walk” and she almost got wiped out too. We so appreciate her quick response and that she actually took the time to go to the park herself and see if she could find a solution. We appreciate that she is an “Action” taker and always does what she says she will do!

We appreciate the upstanding citizen and action taker that she is! Thank you Kathy for being that person we can always depend on to get things done and quickly!!!! Thank you again for taking our concerns to the city immediately. I’m so impressed and grateful to have you in our community!

God Bless,

Teri Sue Parker, Paseo Del Sol Resident

To Whom it May Concern,

I am Mary O’Dwyer, Past President of Professional Women Toastmasters club in Temecula. I have known Kathy Sizemore since she joined our club in 2018. From the beginning, Kathy was a go getter, completing her first speech within the first month. Within 6 months she stepped up to a leadership position within our club and was elected our Vice President Public Relations. Since acquiring that role, she has grown in leaps and bounds and raised the online profile and presence of our club. She has also been instrumental in raising public awareness of our club and what we offer through newspaper press releases and designing eye catching posters that we have shared all over town. Kathy is a capable, motivated, honest, reliable leader with creativity, integrity and professionalism. She is the type of person you can rely on to take initiative where needed and to get the job done in the time frame agreed upon. Her public speaking and communication skills are second to none. She is caring and wonderful to work with. I can think of no one I would recommend more highly.

To Whom It May Concern.

It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Kathy Sizemore. Kathy has been an integral part of the Tahquitz District, Boy Scouts of America for many years, currently serving as the District Membership Chair. As Membership Chair, she plays a critical role in ensuring that the unit leaders have the resources and training to continue to grow program and on developing relationships with their schools and key community organizations. Her leadership, dedication and follow through are just a few of the qualities that have helped us grow and provide a quality program for over 3,000 youth in our community.

Kathy has also served as a Committee Chairman for a local Cub Scout pack. She was instrumental in the formation and organization of the newly formed pack over 6 years ago. Kathy’s enthusiasm for the program inspired other parents to step up and help on the committee. She chaired the annual unit fundraiser, created the pack website and under Kathy’s leadership, the pack doubled in size.

Kathy is highly organized, creative, and willing to take on new tasks in an effort to help the team. In addition, she has been an incredible asset in her ability to create content, graphic design and manage our social media presence. She is loyal to the organizations mission, values, and objectives. Her strength of character and dedication to Scouting’s ideals make her a role model and leader among her peers.

Again, I am pleased to provide this letter of recommendation for Kathy Sizemore. She is an outstanding volunteer and a pleasure to work with. I am sincerely appreciative for the difference she has made in our community.

Sincerely,

Tina Roy, Former District Director, Tahquitz District California Inland Empire Council

Knowing that Kathy was a Commissioner for Temecula’s Community Services, I contacted her for help with some broken playground equipment at my local park that could have injured someone. Kathy quickly responded with an answer informing me that the park in question was not a city park but an HOA-owned park. She also told me that the city’s public works department had contacted my HOA to inform them about the damaged equipment that required repair. I appreciated Kathy’s prompt response to my concerns and her care for our community. I endorse her as our next City Council member representing District 3.

In 2021, Kathy took on Public Relations and Marketing in a big way. Her talent and creativity added excitement to our social media posts, and the facelift she gave the mightytq.com website made it look professional and fun. She also gave Scouting visibility to the community and our local chamber of commerce and has been instrumental to me as Vice-Chair. And then, she took the lead last fall and organized and managed a Webelos Woods that I was glad to be a part of. The event was very smooth, and the program was delivered. In my view, she set the standard of what leading an event looks like.
